Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

I am grateful for the tech people and customer service folk there for remediating it quickly, efficiently and courteously. I dealt in person with a staffer named Diego. I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Great car at its entry price. Rented both Honda Civic, Volkswagen Jetta and Kia K4. Drove all for week (7 days). The Kia won hands down. Bought Kia K4 for $23,400 over 3 months and it has better warranty than its competitors. Safety and accessories are part of Kia’s factory standard install compared to up charges from Honda and Volkswagen. Love interactive cruise control and its Saftey features.

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.
