I am HIGHLY SATISFIED all the time I take my car to Bill Bryan Kia Leesburg!! Alan Woodyard, my Service Advisor, ALWAYS takes GREAT care of me!! He gets me in, after service, he takes my car to be washed or Christian, my car wash guy, comes it get it since he knows my car. They are all a great bunch of people, the ones I have encountered there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill Bryan Kia for all service needs and if you want to purchase a vehicle!! My Salesman, Sherhan, is the BEST too!! He also takes care of my, and my daughter’s needs, just like Alan!! I referred my daughter there, and she has purchased two cars from Bill Bryan Kia!!

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

I cannot say enough about my Service Advisor, Alan Woodyard, and the whole Staff there at Bill Bryan Kia in Leesburg FL - they all are great from Lynn, the Operator, to Louis, the person who washes my car, who is great!! And they all provide me with EXCELLENT service!!! Alan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide me with EXCELLENT service!! Also, my Salesman, Serhan Alkan, goes above and beyond to help me in any way he can!! Also, AJ, one of the Sales Managers helps me!! They all are great as I said!! But the specific names I named, are the ones I have the most contacts with. I HIGHLY recommend Bill Bryan Kia in Leesburg, FL to anyone!! And I do!! I bring them customers - my friends who want to buy a vehicle, I will either tell them about Bill Bryan Kia, or take them to the dealership myself. I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

Bought mine a month ago! definitely a huge upgrade. Kia really knocked it out the park with the k4! i have the gt-line in the white exterior! i’m obsessed. Get pricing point, i was stuck between this and the elantra i’m glad i choose this over the elantra, both are compact sedans but the kia definitely feels bigger and more tech and feels way more expensive than it is

Was in to see Ty, a service guy! He was very pleasant and had my kia soul checked out after we bought it second hand. Would recommend him,as he explained things to us, had it ready for us on time ,etc. And trust the check up was well done. Truly a great guy and will see him again Sandra Lewis

I have owned my K4 EX for about a month now. It has been a great car! I think that the most fitting word for this car is value. You get A LOT for the money. I got my EX for under $25k out the door and for that I got a car that has a great design, awesome technology (wireless car play, huge touchscreen, updated safety features etc), fantastic fuel economy (40+ on the highway) and a very comfortable ride. This feels like a car that should cost at least $10k more than it does. I highly recommend this car.

Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

I don't know how to thanks them for the deal i did with them they do everything to satisfy thier costumers if someone need to get a car go to Greenway Kia West this is the best company for me they don't see the money first but the satisfaction of the costumers Thank you again.🙏
