Son's KIA has made progress towards improving customer satisfaction during the time since we purchased our Telluride. I still see challenges with having someone who is genuine and exhibits sincerity on your leadership team. (We definitely miss Sugarie and Big Country). For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. An amazingly quiet ride, bettering many that cost twice as much. I think it looks great too, especially with the 18" wheels
