What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! What a wonderful service department. My Optima had a pretty major problem. Brian made sure to keep me updated every step of the process Every step was done when he said it would be done. I have never been treated so well at any dealership and I've been to quiet a few (I'm an old guy.) I can't say enough nice things about Fowler's service department. Excellent, knowledgeable, honest and friendly service! I can't believe how professional they are. It sure gives me comfort owning Kia products in knowing if I need something there is support long after purchasing their cars. I hope they get the recognition for the excellent service. I have enjoyed my Kia. I began with a used Sorento and later I upgraded to a new one. Briggs has always been great to work with which is why I plan to continue. Allen is very good. The salesperson named Keith did a wonderful job in understanding my needs (as a customer) and precisely made my used car buying process very smooth. I bought a 2019 Toyota prius XLE -AWDe from them and currently have no concerns with the car or service. Keith helped me park the car in their lot for few days since I was on my way from Michigan to Nebraska. On my way back I collected the car just fine. No hassles. I recommend this place for used cars .
