I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I've been servicing my Kia Niro plug-in hybrid with Jim Click Kia since I purchased it in 2020. I have always found the service outstanding -- they explain everything, took me seriously when I had trouble with my charger not releasing, helped resolve it and didn't charge me for that. The fees are reasonable, the waiting area very comfortable and clean, and I appreciate the offer of free Uber to go home if the wait will be lengthy. At my recent visit, I was impressed with Robert's professionalism and care. Often they are very busy and it may be hard to get a quick appointment due to so many wanting the service, but they've always been courteous and done their best to get me in soon. I have really appreciated the staff every time I've gone.

I drive a Kia Niro EV. I had an inverter light issue on the dash and I needed two new tires. The dealership gave me a loaner so they could take the time to research the inverter issue. They resolved it with some reset and toping of fluids. And this was complimentary! That is what I call Great Service! I needed Michelin Champion tires, and they matched Discount Tire, and, no they actually come in less. So I am thrilled with the service. This is my second EV, and Jim Click is light years ahead of other dealers when it comes to EVs. Great Job! Thanks to Cody, Johnnie, and the entire team.
