Used Kia K5 for sale near South Bloomfield, OH under $40,000

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

From initial contact through final sale, it was as smooth and simple buying process as any i have experienced.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

Crown Kia is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They were able to get me in last minute for an oil change before I left on vacation. It took a little longer then normal, but was ok because I knew I didn't have an appointment. Alex Greenland was polite and super helpful. Highly recommend Crown Kia.

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 30 months. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. My latest experience was with a young man named Levi Hammond. He worked extremely hard to get the deal I needed. Even when it was at a little stalemate, he didn’t let the deal die and we ended up with the vehicle. I will always start here when I need a new car. It’s a very pleasant experience.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. Great customer service was informed all thru time waiting Clean car was returned to me after 360 inspection 4 wheel alignment,oil change and tires rotated, can’t complain

No issues whatsoever. Just came back from a trip and got 41 mpg at an average of 75 mph. I would only suggest a better soundsystem for this model.

Bought my first ever new car at Ricart several years ago...at age 60! Am on car number 3 now. I will not go anywhere except Ricart now. We have taken our vehicles in for regular service checks and have occasionally had something very minor wrong, like a loose battery cable wire once and they could have told us it was something serious but did not! They are honest and the service advisors are very helpful. My husband recently passed away and he always took our cars in. Now that I have to do things on my own, they have been very helpful and fully explain things to me. Had car in for service on 6/26/25, also purchased this car there, however was a couple of years ago so I don't remember the names of sales and finance people to rate but they would get 5 stars ! Was very happy. If you have to wait on your car they have exceptional waiting areas. Thank you Ricart!

I reserved a Camry for a 7 day rental and got a fairly beat up K5...WHAT A GREAT CAR! Driving 55 I got over 60 mpg, and driving 80 with the a/c on high, 2 adults and 3 kids, it still got 48mpg. It is super quiet with a smooth ride. The seats in this base model were very comfortable. With 26,000 miles, in 2000 miles of driving, it didn't use any oil. I AM BUYING ONE for myself. This is an awesome car.

Sales People were perfect what they can be. They brought nice cars of my color and explained all available features and showed them in working. A person with numbers came after this, could not explain the math of leasing / financing. So i did not think that I would be paying the right amount. I understand the math behind lease and loan. If there is nothing to hide, I can explain extremely well, which can result in sale to people like me.

Arrived on time to have my SUV serviced. It was there for an oil changed, all of the other items that needed checked when taking a SUV in for service and tires rotated. It was finished in a timely manner. The service man came in to say everything was in good order, the SUV was washed while it was there. He gave me the bill and I paid it. He also told me where the SUV was parked and I left.

Have had my 2011 Saab 9 3 XWD Serviced Several Times. They try to do the best they can considering that GM Screwed Saab by forcing them to File Bankruptcy. Have appointment for 07/29/2023 to check car out.

Leased a 2021 Kia K5 LXS and we loved it! Our lease was up this year and a week ago we purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT- Line. We love everything about this car, the style, the color (wolf grey) leather seat, heated steering wheel and seat plus more! Went to Kia of Darmouth and had a great experience with Keith B- he helped us in 2021 as well.

I had my car serviced Gabby was very professional giving me a estimate and scheduling, the service personnel was excellent recording the repair and recommended changes fair price timely repairs I have been coming here for several years and they always give me great service I have a 2002 audi quto with 130k miles so things need repair or replace thanks Gabby

I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Too early to rate reliability, but so far I'm loving my 2023 K5 GT-Line. I absolutely love the styling and interior, though the seats are not the best I've been in (though not bad), and I have a hard time seeing the turn signal indicators even with the wheel tilted all the way up (I'm 5' 11"). Power with the base engine is adequate, and I'm thrilled that it does NOT have a CVT - it's got a good old torque converter-style 8 speed transmission. Gas mileage is better than rated by the EPA. Good tech and a very good set of safety features. I few nits to pick, but overall for the price I feel this is the best value in a sedan on the market today. Did I mention I love the styling?

I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.
