I am a senior citizen, and I stopped in without an appointment because I had an indicator light that I was worried about. Curtis was so helpful!! He was friendly, patient, supportive and able to get my problem resolved. What a relief!

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

Even doing our research ahead of time online, Ali reviewed the new arrivals to make sure we did not miss any choices. Moving from the Sales Dept to the Business office, Nic explained the costs and optional packages in detail. There were no questions unanswered. Jerry Marshall is a great Salesman! Very kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding. The Orange, 2023 Kia Forte LXS is beautiful! (Orange has always been my favorite color and I love driving the Kia Forte.) I'd love to have it, but the price is a little over my budget. I would love to work with Jerry, again, to find the right Car for me. The Dealership is easy to find and very clean. I drove over 2 hours from Mishawaka, Indiana to see this vehicle. It was worth the drive, even if I went Home without a deal.

I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.
