I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Donny. This is the third car I've purchased from this location, and I was intially unsure if the experience would match the high standards set by my former salesman who is no longer there. Highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a vehicle! I am writing to follow up on my previous message regarding my concerns with the Finance Department. I am pleased to share that since then, the team at King Kia of Laurel has gone above and beyond to address my concerns and turn my experience into a positive one. King Kia provided a wonderful experience. We came in with our daughter for her first time car buying experience. Everyone was professional and treated her as an equal. The majority of the deal was worked through text messages which was great for our busy family. We had the best salesman, Felipe. He even purchased pizza for us and provided a 5 star experience. Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

Bought a Kia Telluride from John Sasso. John was great and very helpful. The buying process was very efficient. John even helped us entertain our 2 year old while we were signing papers.
