New and used 2025 Kia Niro for sale near Big Bend, WI

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

Bought a new Kia Seltos from Boucher Kia, and the sales and management folks with whom we dealth throughout the process were always respectful and as helpful as they could be. Did experience two significant frustrations, neither of which appears to be the fault of the dealership. The first was a 6+ month wait for the Seltos we ordered to be delivered. This kind of delay is on Kia, more than the dealership, so I don't fault them. The second frustration was that the 2WD version of the Seltos we ordered is apparently not something Kia gets a lot of orders for and thus is not something they want to produce very many of. The car Kia produced to fill our order and sent to the dealer was the 4WD version of what we ordered. The dealership apologized and gave us a discount off the higher 4WD price, but again the core problem was with the company. If Kia doesn't want to sell a 2WD version of this Seltos trim, their website should not offer it as an option. That said, so far we really like our new Seltos, and we give the Boucher dealership credit for working with us.

Experience was great informational and easy! I didn't buy do to a me problem but im saving up to come back. When i called i got an answer right away and made my appointment quickly.

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

Faith followed up with me and helped resolve a few issues I had with Service. Very happy

We couldn't have had a better experience. Josh was amazing and one of the nicest people you could meet. He went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Shelby did a wonderful job getting us into not one car but two cars that were exactly what we wanted and also met our needs. He is extremely professional and a personable person at the same time. We leased a 2021 Kia Seltos thru Dennis Cardinal. This is actually the second time we leased from him. The first vehicle was a Kia Soul. Both were excelent experiences.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

My 4 year old Sportage needed to be towed into Ewald because of engine failure. After 4 weeks (92,000 miles on car) of tests which were directed by KIA, they finally decided the job was under warranty. At that point KIA paid for a rental for me to use until the work was done on my car and could be driven home. It then took 3 weeks to repair my car. I am waiting to see if they will reimburse me for 2 towing expenses this issue caused me, and it was a good thing for me that my local; mechanic let me use his loaner for 4 weeks, or it would have cost me $1600 for a rental vehicle, which I was not willing to see if KIA would reimburse me for. I work EVERY NIGHT and need a vehicle, so all this time was critical for me. I would recommend EWALD, but NOT a KIA~!

Shelby was Our sales person and he sold my wife and I each a new car it was a great experience not like I've had at other dealerships( Ziegler Hyundai) so if you're looking to buy a Kia go see Shelby you won't be disappointed

Buying a car is stressful overall but Mr. Lee McGee made it an easy and fun experience this time around for me.
