With only two months left on my lease for my Chevrolet Equinox, I started looking into leasing another Equinox ? but decided to test drive the Kia Sportage first. I absolutely loved the comfort and quietness of the Sportage, so I decided to see what kind of deal Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor could offer. I was fully expecting the usual sales pitches and the long, drawn-out back-and-forth process that can make buying or leasing a car stressful. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless everything was! When I previously leased my Equinox, I remember spending an entire agonizing day at the Chevy dealership. This time, I arrived at the Kia dealership around 11:45 a.m. and was driving off the lot in my new Sportage by 3:00 p.m. My salesman, Desmond Rasberry, along with the sales manager, were both wonderful to work with. Desmond has continued to go above and beyond even after the sale, which truly speaks to his dedication and customer service. We had purchased a previous vehicle for our son in 2017. After researching vehicles, we were called by another dealership to see a vehicle and were not treated respectfully. He quickly worked with us, offering a very fair trade-in value, and worked diligently to secure financing for us. A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.
