I bought this car new, and it has, and still is a great car. The fuel economy is awesome, getting 35 to 37 MPG on the highway, and the only costs have been normal costs, which include general maintenance items such as oil changes, freon, tires, and batteries. The only minor issue is that the passenger seat sets low, and the height is not adjustable.

Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. 164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!

I originally bought my Optima for Ubering. It did it's job well and has great MPG. For being a base model, it's fairly equipped with a touch screen and bluetooth connection. The engine was reliable and and well-equipped for what I needed it for. Nothing besides regular maintenance was ever required.

I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.
