Used Kia Optima for sale near Hightstown, NJ under $40,000

I was nervous buying a car for my daughter at a used car dealership, but from the minute Dan introduced himself, and throughout the entire process, I was amazed at how great the whole experience was buying her VW Jetta. I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I love my Kia Optima, yes there's been a lot of recalls for Kia "but" they stand by there warranties. ("As long as you have followed warranty guidelines.")

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!

We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!
