John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!

I bought this car in 2004 off the dealership lot with my first paycheck after getting hired on with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. It has taken me all across the United States. I have gotten more than my money's worth. As I approach my retirement next year, I'm shopping around for an autobody shop to restore it to its original luster. I've had 9 vehicles since I bought my 2004 KIA and none of them have been as reliable. My only complaint is I've gotten fatter and its not as comfortable to drive as my larger vehicles. with regular maintenance, and higher-grade fuel use these cars will run well over 350K miles.

AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

I originally bought my Optima for Ubering. It did it's job well and has great MPG. For being a base model, it's fairly equipped with a touch screen and bluetooth connection. The engine was reliable and and well-equipped for what I needed it for. Nothing besides regular maintenance was ever required.

OK, for starters this has to be world’s most misleading and diminutive review ever printed because it is simply about test driving the specified car right out of and back to the selling dealership in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Yeah, that’s right my friends and foes, I test drove this car a few hours ago with my wife on the passenger seat up and down US Highway 52 North, inner-city driving, and all the while fooling around with buttons and controls I practically knew nothing about. That was a rush, especially when several State Patrol officers were carefully watching my somewhat erratic “maneuvers” but thankfully they let us go unimpeded. So, what about this car’s appearance, performance, comfort, price / quality ratio and the like? Who cares, right! Let me simply state that during both occasions (interspersed an hour while testing a second and a third vehicle (02 Forte FE / LX models) everything was nearly perfect except when I was fast reducing speed to exit the road but suddenly accelerated to match traffic and I felt a bump from the engine as if it did not know exactly what to do, either coast some more or speed up. This happened very fast; I then tried to replicate the same conditions somewhat to maybe better diagnose the problem but it never reoccurred. Simply put the car’s overall feel is outstanding, with abundant and notable (i.e. very useful) equipment and features galore. I am the world’s greatest copycat artist, designer, and undeclared-non-long-bearded-revolutionary-of-sorts so this particular car fits my wits beyond perfect and with unreal finesse. You want to know what else could be considered a quirk, a nuisance, and / or an undesirable trait within this ride? Well, keep asking, see if that brain finally stretches somewhat; but truthfully I have no answers for any of you. I believe there aren’t any to that idyllic question. Getting the car on the real road world in a couple days after arranging finance; my wife (who inspiringly made the decision to buy it) is also going to enjoy this little, friendly beast. They routinely say the world is filling with idiots fast; luckily, my pitiful understanding of society’s moronic situation and perceived woes should also help in this murky area: And why not, the more idiots out there, the greater chances to step up in this barren world of ours and beyond… It’s a dichotomy worth living ad infinitum, if we may.

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

This is now the second optima I have owned and I have to say that I am truly impressed with how KIA has improved over the years. The leg room in this car is fantastic and it's quite comfortable on long rides. Handles nice, has nice acceleration, rides smooth, it's great on fuel, and has very few problems. The interior gets some criticism from some consumers but what I love about it is that it sacrifices flashy exotic dashboard designs for genuine comfort and space. I would argue that the value of the newer optima models exceeds that of the almighty Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I literally love driving this car and I miss it when I'm riding in someone else's car. The only issue I ever had was with my last optima, which was a knock sensor issue. Kia fixed it free of charge rather quickly and gave me no problems at all about it. My current one has over 50k miles and runs like brand new. You can't even feel the motor running when it's idling. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for more bang for their buck and for anyone who has 1-2 kids.

I don't ever write reviews, but will now. I've had this 2015 optima ex turbo 1.4 yrs and really performs well! Smooth ride and not bad on gas. Have had no engine problems. No issues but little head space in cabin . Anyone over 5 10 is in trouble. It feels solid/safe driving. The turbo really moves when power is needed.

When we finally signed our papers with Marian, he was also very friendly and explained everything to us very well. Highly recommend Schaumburg Honda. Much better service than the ohare Honda.

Comfortable, great styling, reliable, fantastic gas mileage, has plenty of trunk room. I have taken this car on long trips and a lot of daily short hauls and it fits my needs perfectly.

I've got A 2&3 year old this car has exceeded my expectations. My Kia has so much room for the kids or just riding in traffic to enjoy the sun. I NEVER imagined I'd own a Kia but I'm so glad this is what I decided on. Ive always purchased vehicles solely on looks and mainly performance and the 2019 Kia Optima is on my top 3, It's great in city and on highways while also looking slick and almost like a much more expensive car. Love love the Kia, I gotta hand it to the engineers on this one. Plenty of space great gas mileage and is much more then your everyday original stock filled car options. I still feel like a kid rolling around in it. #STILLGOTIT#

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. I love my optima but sunroof guide is broken little part is coming out and hitting my grandson head now I can use I put black tape because is not close right I go to the dealer and he said I need to fixed asap also associated from there love my car is so clean please I need help is my family car also I take my wife for doctors appointment she have stage 3 leaver
