Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Emergency Brakes won't hold the vehicle on a slope without Parking gear. Car rolls down on slight slope with brakes on. Needs a recall to replace Emergency brake cables.

Nick from Bennetts Auto Solutions was amazing. He was very patient with me, there was absolutely zero pressure for me to buy a car from him. He answered all of my questions and replied quickly to all of my text messages. We are about 1500 miles apart so I never actually met him face to face, however, he was always very respectful to me and I believe that he also is completely honest. I purchased a van from eBZZ in December. I have been waiting to post my review to make sure the van wasn’t going to breakdown after the first 30/60 days. I am pleased to announce “IT HAS NOT”. It runs great. It is so quiet and smooth running. Perfect. Purchasing this van from Joe at eBZZ was the best experience I have ever had in buying a used vehicle. There really was no pressure. I saw the van as I passed their lot and stopped to see it after hours. I then called the office and said I was interested in the van. He said stop by and we’ll show it to you. He even offered to stay a little late, because I worked about an hour away, for me to stop in and test drive the van. They were very accommodating. We did the test drive, got all the facts on the van, they had the “FAX” report and all was great. They took care of all the paperwork in getting it registered and ready for the road. This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. I conducted the transaction for the most part over the telephone and online without any difficulties gave them a deposit and then arrange for air transportation to Denver from Fargo Dealership representatives picked me up at the airport took me to the dealership and an hour later I was on the road back home so I was quite satisfied with the entire transaction and the quality of the car was everything that I had hoped

Responsiveness to questions and concerns was unusually good. Whatever I expected to be done was done better than I expected. They brought the car to my door from Atlanta to northern South Carolina using a dedicated driver and another in a follow car. Both drivers were a very pleasant surprise. The person who drove my new car was a well dressed, well spoken, mature woman. The follow car driver was an older man equally competent and very pleasant to work with on the delivery and final paperwork. Similarly, the crew in the showtoom who I never got to meet, followed up quickly and attentively in every challenge. Great experience.
