We bought a low mileage 10 yr old used kia as a 2nd car from a Toyota dealer. In spite of being fully serviced, we had issues from the start The dealer fixed the problems but they returned within the 1st 1500 miles. We took the car to Riverhead KIA and they found there were serious issues with the engine Patricia and Crystal and service manager took the issues as a personal project and chased the car history then managed to get KIA corporate to cover the cost of the new engine. even though they did not sell us the car, they were determined to make it right They were amazing. We had a lot of back and forth with the dealer who sold us the car but nothing but positive responses and regular updates from KIA. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful for the service dept. The techs were a little bit slow in getting me out for an oil change but they have a newly renovated waiting area with refreshments. The girl who helped me at the service counter was a pleasure to work with! 10/10!
