After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. I came to your dealership to find a "good" used car, but had no real idea what i was looking for. I was given immediate attention. I told the guy who came up to me that I wanted a "small" car, and he told me he had only one @ this dealership, and he proceeded to show me the Fiat 500, which I took on a test drive and subsequently purchased. When I went inside the "offices area inside", Alexis Drake came up to me right away, and she proceeded to do all of the paperwork, then I saw another fellow doing more paperwork, etc. They proceeded to get gas before purchase, and my car was returned to me having been through a long checklist of tests, and it was clean, polished and looking good.

I worked with Kostya Reznik, who worked very hard for my business. He knew I was looking for a very specific used vehicle, and he checked in with me every couple of weeks to answer questions and update me on inventory. In the end, I did not buy from him, but he earned my respect nonetheless. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful, and respectful. He will work hard for you. I ended up purchasing a pre-certified Kia Niro PHEV from another dealer, but if I were shopping new inventory, Kostya would be my first call.

I had an opportunity today to visit Jena Mask in Lubbock the services to my Kia. There is always a pleasure for me to have my car serviced here. John Stewart is a very wonderful young man to work with and the answer all questions. I truly appreciate him the facility is always clean and well organized. I?m looking to forward to perhaps purchasing another Kia. I?m keeping my eyes open.

Had my car serviced here. Overall a fair to good experience. I also had some recall issues taken care of at the same time. Scheduling this took way longer than expected. I also had them take a look at why my windshield wiper sprayer wasn’t working. I believe they didn’t take a serious look at this and wanted me to bring it back for a diagnostic review at $195/hour for an estimated 2 hours. I previously had them repair this issue which was successful but now they wanted to do diagnostic testing first then repair. Seems like they already know the problem but wanted to make money by charging for diagnostic testing.
