Good experience with Tyler and Katie I purchased a pre-owned X3 recently from Arrowhead BMW. It was a pleasant experience going through the purchase. I visited the dealership a couple of times to test a couple of vehicles, and there was no rush or pressure put on by the dealership. Pricing was transparent though one has to be diligent to review every line item when the final price is done. A couple of small items remained, which the dealership resolved quickly, and had the vehicle completely serviced. Would recommend the sales team of Tyler, Katie, Andre and Tony. They reached out post sales as well to check-in on the vehicle.

Once again I highly recommend you see Richard and Johnson when you go. Congratulations to Richard on getting promoted since the last time I purchased a new 2022 Kia K5 in 2022. Once again, the customer service was lit. The way Richard and Johnson were honest and patient with me was amazing. I am very happy with my new 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige FWD in Wolf Gray. If you want Chick-fil-A or Disney customer service ask for Richard or Johnson. I will be back in 2028 to upgrade to a Kia Telluride. Thank you both for making it happen for me.
