Used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Collierville, CA

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I am super happy with the service and attention I received from Guillermo and Michael at Yonkers Kia. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Kia vehicle. We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

I took my car in for an oil change they were very friendly and fast service. I would recommend Helene Kia and Sandusky, Ohio.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

I was very pleased with the service Honda of the Avenues provided for my car. I did not have an appointment. I had an unexpected flat tire on the front driver's side of the car. Steve Cole noticed the nail right away, and promptly removed the nail and made the repair. It was a very busy time of the year before Christmas, but Matthew Johnson, service advisor, in the spirit of Christmas, approved a discount on my service repair. I was happy about that!

I arrived at the lot almost at closing time. The staff approached me immediately with a warm, welcoming smile. They patiently showed me every vehicle I wanted to see, maintaining a high level of professionalism that stood out compared to the other dealerships I'd visited earlier. Their positive demeanor at the end of the day convinced me to make my purchase here. I highly recommend them and will gladly refer family and friends.

User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Really appreciated their flexibility in letting me keep my old plates (I had just paid the tabs). I have no hesitation with working with this dealership again in the future.

What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased.
