New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Fairlawn, OH

I came in to have my tire fixed/replaced. I was hesitant about going to the dealership because of some previous not-so-good experiences. The service manager introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him about my tire and confessed to not feeling comfortable being at the dealership because of past experiences. He assured me the dealership was under new management and he is the person to seek out if I have any service issues whatsoever. He told me about his goals under the new leadership. He did not sound like a sales person at all, but instead, like a leader wanting to fix what was broken. He asked if I would reconsider having my car serviced here. He promised to try to resolve any forthcoming issues I may experience. I decided "sure, what's there to lose?". After my tire was fixed (1.5 hours later without an appointment), I made an appointment for an oil change later this month. Hopefully I will receive the same courteous and professional behaviour! The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

We bought a 2022 Santa Cruz and our salesman Warrick did a fantastic job showing us the car and going into details on what each had to offer. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Our salesperson Jerrid was really helpful, and he made the buying process smooth! I found that their cars were competitively priced and I was willing to drive further to visit this dealership because of their good deals.

I bought my 3rd car at Spitzer last month. Salesperson Hazim "Izzy" Ideis was super helpful and patient, even though he was recovering from surgery and I came in late in the day. He listened to what was important to me and provided insight and feedback without being pushy. The whole experience was easy and I'm pleased with the car and the financing process. Izzy will be my "go to" car guy for as long as he's in the business.

Tim listened and found the perfect car for me. It was an easy process and he made it fun. All of the staff were outstanding.

I want to Thank the Service Department of the Kia dealership especially Belinda Frost. She explained everything I needed to know and kept me posted on what was going on with my car. She was very informative, friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. One of the best things about taking my car in for an oil change is the price for the first time, FREE.

This is the only Kia location I have my car serviced at due to how friendly the staff is, how efficient they are, and how accommodating they are. My last visit was the 2nd or 3rd time I had Kobe as my service advisor and I don?t think there are kind enough words to describe what an absolute angel he is - super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Will be returning for future service needs.

Thank you Ken Ganley for excellent service. I always bring my car in for maintenance and their customer service is great. Recently my car was acting janky and I couldn?t quite describe what was wrong and they were able to identify the problem and fix it. (I also love the lobby. It?s very comfortable and they offer free snacks and coffee.)
