New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Gurnee, IL

We had an outstanding experience at Liberty Nissan. Our salesman, Quinton H listened to our needs, didn’t pressure us, came back with speedy responses to our questions, and made our time at the dealership overall very pleasant, which can be rare. We drove home with our new vehicle and are very happy with our purchase.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Excellent salesman ! Everyone else was great too. No hassles and no extra added on charges or pressure to purchase any but the car . Pleasant experience.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The sales women Joanna was very nice and attended us with care. However they couldn’t find the key the day we got the car, they later told us we would receive it 2 days after, it has now been almost 2 weeks since they said they would send it to us and I still haven’t received my key.

My experience buying a 2023 K5 about a month ago has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eraldo Ferhati was the salesperson who helped me and he was the absolute best! He was accessible for all of my questions and I had a lot! He was patient, friendly, extremely helpful, kind...I can't say enough good things about him. He also came out on a Sunday, his day off, to help me when I thought I was having a problem with the car. He traveled about 30 minutes on his day off to help me and was able to quickly resolve the problem, with a friendly, caring attitude, even though it was my fault. I've been recommending him to my friends and anyone I hear that's looking for a car. Thank you Eraldo! Our sales consultant Chris Kreft was awesome he listened to me about what I was interested in options I definitely wanted in my new vehicle and u derstood my price ranges. He made me feel like I was talking with a family member. They manager of the dealership came over immediately to introduce himself and told me if I had any questions he would be happy to help. This dealership takes time to introduce you to different departments so you feel completely comfortable. Definitely would recommend them. Also not one person put any pressure to make a sale, actually they gave me all time I wanted to look over my options of available vehicles in stock.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!
