New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Harris Hill, NY

Had my yearly inspection done. Was taken care of promptly. Mark was pleasant and courteous in his interaction with me. The facility remodel is coming along nicely!

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I cannot say enough about Frank in service. Also the workers in the service department bar none do exemplary work. They schedule you you are on time and they give you a time frame of when the work will get done. I've been going to transit town for several years and if never been disappointed. Ask for Frank. He is amazing!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Wonderful experience as always! The staff is always friendly, helpful and everything is done quickly. I trust my vehicle is in good hands whenever it is brought in.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Great service department, they took my car in quickly and did a LOF and rotated the tires. Did a yearly inspection. I had a recall taken care of also. I had things to do at home and they gave me a courtesy ride home.

Our salesman Parker Harris did an amazing job helping us get into our new Kia Sportage! Besides having a great 1st name (twins haha) he worked hard to make a deal that worked for us. He was always there to answer questions and made sure all of the paperwork was in place for a smooth experience. I have to also mention we moved away from Buffalo for work/college, but still made the trip back from Ohio to work with West Herr Kia! Also shoutout to Emily with West Herr Kia who did an amazing job showing us the features of our new car and making the signing process stress free!
