I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. She was very informative about the car we purchased and answered all of our questions without being pushy. She never made us feel rushed even when we were asking questions about different cars on the lot. Karol was instrumental in us deciding to purchase that day. I requested an appointment via email and received confirmation by text message and email. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I received the exact service I had requested and the price was explained with no surprise. I was offered coffee and a nice place to sit. My vehicle was cleaner than when I arrived and my seats and mirrors were exactly as I had them when I arrived for service.
