New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Richfield, OH

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Our salesperson Jerrid was really helpful, and he made the buying process smooth! I found that their cars were competitively priced and I was willing to drive further to visit this dealership because of their good deals.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

I came in to have my tire fixed/replaced. I was hesitant about going to the dealership because of some previous not-so-good experiences. The service manager introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him about my tire and confessed to not feeling comfortable being at the dealership because of past experiences. He assured me the dealership was under new management and he is the person to seek out if I have any service issues whatsoever. He told me about his goals under the new leadership. He did not sound like a sales person at all, but instead, like a leader wanting to fix what was broken. He asked if I would reconsider having my car serviced here. He promised to try to resolve any forthcoming issues I may experience. I decided "sure, what's there to lose?". After my tire was fixed (1.5 hours later without an appointment), I made an appointment for an oil change later this month. Hopefully I will receive the same courteous and professional behaviour! My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

This is the only Kia location I have my car serviced at due to how friendly the staff is, how efficient they are, and how accommodating they are. My last visit was the 2nd or 3rd time I had Kobe as my service advisor and I don?t think there are kind enough words to describe what an absolute angel he is - super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Will be returning for future service needs.

I bought my 3rd car at Spitzer last month. Salesperson Hazim "Izzy" Ideis was super helpful and patient, even though he was recovering from surgery and I came in late in the day. He listened to what was important to me and provided insight and feedback without being pushy. The whole experience was easy and I'm pleased with the car and the financing process. Izzy will be my "go to" car guy for as long as he's in the business.

Service team is great and they never try to up-sell just because. Everything is presented clearly. This past issue needed a part and Chris knew I was travelling and didn’t want me to drive with the light on even though the issue was a sensor and OK to drive. He was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It’s why I keep driving over from the East Side.
