New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Parker, TX

Eric Tharp was a great salesman he gave her a really great deal and he was very informative he did not try to sell her something she could not afford. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!

Great service every time. They Earned my trust too! Classic Kia of Carrollton is the BEST dealership in the area and will always continue to trade my car every couple of years and have service done here. I am in my 4th KIA now and have never had any problems or maintenance issues but then I usually trade and buy a new one every couple of years just because I like being in the safest vehicle possible with all the newest technology to be safe and so that I have a good ride for my passengers and family I care about.

The salesman Joel Lomax made the purchase of my new car a very pleasant experience. It was quick and couldn’t have asked for a salesman who was quicker and efficient in the transaction. 5 stars

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Fair price on new ram 1500 Sales person was easy to work with One thing that was a nice gesture was they sent a Thank you box with cookies and water cup, We have purchased other new vehicles before most recently a new bmw and only got a thank you card.

I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars!!! They are superior with customer service! They are ethical, honest, and just really good people who run a dealership! From my salesman, Sam, to Hash (the manager that helped me out TREMENDOUSLY with my baby), to the finance manager who helped me buy my dream car at my dream price, everyone went above and beyond! I have 4 kids, 3 of whom were there, and they weren't phased! We all felt respected. I would 1,000,000% buy from them again! I drove an hour each way to get to Classic Kia of Carrolton and I will do it every time I buy a car in the future! Top dollar for my trade in and easiest negotiation and purchase EVER! They even got me a better interest rate than my credit union!

Great Service. My tire had a nail in it and they got me right in. The wait time was quick and even washed my car to top it off.

First time customer at this dealership. I was met promptly by a service advisor and after the preliminary paperwork, was shown to the customer lounge. Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied.
