I had my car serviced for an oil change and brakes. I waited a short time after arriving for my appointment to check in my car. Once my car was checked in, I waited at the dealership in their waiting area which is equipped with several chairs, a TV, a charging station for personal electronics, free water, coffee, and snacks. My service was provided promptly. I was advised of the estimated cost after my brakes were inspected. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service desk personnel are friendly, courteous and helpful.

I took my car in for a problem that developed on my way to work. They checked out my car and found a bad fuel injector. I left my car for them to repair it, and they got it done in good time. I have never had a problem with Kia of North Dayton; they always do fantastic work for me.
