Had a appointment with Braden. He has always provided me with excellent customer service Very polite and professional. Knowledgeable about any questions I may have about my car services. Walked me out to my car, once service was completed.

I love my 2022 K5 and everyone was very nice but there have been a couple hiccups. I purchased dent and paint warranty but when I took my car in for a dent I was told they couldn’t cover it and ordered me a paint pin. So that’s thousands of dollars for no reason. I took my car in because my car sometimes stall and they service girl pretty much told me that I have to wait for my car to break down to see what’s wrong and then I asked about my tire warranty I was told they don’t do that but perilli told me they should because they sold the tires. I just left

Nathaniel was excellent, the car was in and out in less than the promised time, and everything was performed perfectly. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, the car was vacuumed, and we could not be happier with Germain Kia.

Eric, service writer is wonderful with whom to deal. He is genuinely concerned the service is done properly and will go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with repairs or service.

Great customer service was informed all thru time waiting Clean car was returned to me after 360 inspection 4 wheel alignment,oil change and tires rotated, can’t complain

Bought my first ever new car at Ricart several years ago...at age 60! Am on car number 3 now. I will not go anywhere except Ricart now. We have taken our vehicles in for regular service checks and have occasionally had something very minor wrong, like a loose battery cable wire once and they could have told us it was something serious but did not! They are honest and the service advisors are very helpful. My husband recently passed away and he always took our cars in. Now that I have to do things on my own, they have been very helpful and fully explain things to me. Had car in for service on 6/26/25, also purchased this car there, however was a couple of years ago so I don't remember the names of sales and finance people to rate but they would get 5 stars ! Was very happy. If you have to wait on your car they have exceptional waiting areas. Thank you Ricart!

Sales People were perfect what they can be. They brought nice cars of my color and explained all available features and showed them in working. A person with numbers came after this, could not explain the math of leasing / financing. So i did not think that I would be paying the right amount. I understand the math behind lease and loan. If there is nothing to hide, I can explain extremely well, which can result in sale to people like me.

And even though we did not purchase a car at Ricart, we will certainly direct anyone we know who is in the market for a new car to the Ricart dealership. And specifically to Javier! Way to go! He worked quickly, making sure we weren't waiting too long but accurately, taking time not to make mistakes. We really had an awesome experience at great lakes Kia and will absolutely be returning if in need of another vehicle! I've had 2 great experiences leasing from Great Lakes Kia - a 2022 Sportage and recently a 2024 Sportage. It has always been a no-pressure and hassle-free experience. They have have also both times taken the time to explain the financing to my satisfaction, and the results have been fair.
