Matt did a great job getting new F150 truck I was looking for. He had to trade with another dealership to get the model I wanted. Everything was done as promised.

Was able to get a 2018 Kia Soul. Love the car and was very pleased to be able to pick out the color I wanted. Only thing was that they were supposed have detailed the vehicle before I took possession and while it was cleaned they missed a half gallon container of pineapple juice on the floor of the back seat.

Great experience with this dealership, trading in a vehicle and buying new. Sam Samet was very knowledgeable on the new Tundra I was looking at and pointed out all the features. The dealership offered me good trade in value and kept the ball rolling in a timely manner. The dealership was clean and nice to spend a few hours in. I will call Sam next time I need a car.

Kia of Alliance have always treated us great weather it's buying a car or getting our vehicles serviced through their service department. The sales staff are very knowledgeable too.

Joshua Wright was amazing. I was in a tough situation and his genuine and calm demeanor made me feel at ease. He was very welcoming and really listened to what I needed. He then delivered more out of the deal than I expected. He did not have to put the customer first and most salespeople don’t. I liked how trusting the manager was with the situation to allow me to take the vehicle for a few days to test it out before choosing to purchase. Beau Button was a great sales rep. He was very kind, courteous, and made it clear that he was focused on helping me with anything through the process. I feel like often times I avoid these sales situations because the reps are always so fake acting and trying way too hard to make a sales. I appreciated him being very authentic throughout the process.
