I observed his low key but authentic personality which inspired my trust and made a mental note to request him when I was ready to lease a newer car. I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. Having recently purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos at this dealership, I can relay that it was a pleasant experience. Kyle Miller knew his inventory and found just what I was looking for, after listening to me. Every effort was made by him and other personnel to assure that I was comfortable and that details were explained to me. There were no high pressure tactics used. Even after my first choice car got sold the evening prior, I was shown a similar vehicle with most of the same features, and at a lower price point.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!
