I had a wonderful experience with “Kia Cam”. I appreciated that he took time to give me what I wanted. I understand sales. There was no pressure from this young man. I had many dealers contacting me in my quest for a Sorento but I felt I only wanted to give my business to Cameron or “KiaCam”. (As I like to call him). He was perfect. My purchase was intentional but impromptu because I was tired of my Benz. I do not regret the change. I’m super satisfied with my truck and my experience with Mr. Cameron.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I have been dealing with this dealership for years. I just leased my 4th Kia from them. They always come through with the best deals and the monthly payments I’m looking for. This is a follow-up to my previous review. It appears there was an administrative error or disconnect. The dealership manager reached out to me and was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I've bought 5 Kia cars at this dealership before - their car servicing is excellent. My 6th car will be from this dealership as well.

I was there only three months ago for an oil change and I raved about the service. When I came in this time Dan was there again and greeted me with a huge welcoming hello! The team made me feel at home. Offered me coffee and even asked if I needed a ride. I waited for the car to be done. Dan kept me informed along the way. When the car was ready everything was explained to me clearly and that I should return in the next few months for the next mileage service. Car was clean and I was on my way. Thanks again Dan and the rest of the service department. You were absolutely amazing yet again!

Just purchased our third consecutive Kia and the first from Turnersville Kia. What a contrast in style and efficiency from the previous two dealerships. Our purchase experience was smooth. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Turnersville Kia. We love our KIA EV6. This is our first ever all electric car. We never even had a hybrid before either. However, our salesperson CJay Washington was extremely patient and helpful as we asked dozens of questions. We called back the next day after the sale and he was just as patient and helpful as he was before we purchased. CJay was great, he demonstrated he was really commited to meeting our needs.

I had such an incredible experience with this dealership. My sales rep Anthony and the sales manager were both so extremely helpful and easy to work with. I went there to buy my wife a vehicle and ended up leaving with one for both of us! All in all A+ rating for the dealership!!

I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I am very pleased I came here for my new car. Everyone I came in contact with who worked there was very pleasant and helpful but Terrin was phenomenal. He guided me in the right direction with what features I was looking to have. He was very outgoing, super informative and made my car shopping experience surprisingly fun! The best car-buying experience in 40 years of buying cars. Steph was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. But most importantly, the customer service he provided was stellar. He offered to have me take the car home for the night to be sure it would fit in my garage. When I returned the next day, my car was parked in the back of the lot so he drove me to my car. (At a different dealership it was raining and I had to walk to my car at the back of their lot—trucks blocked access to their closest parking. I was soaked by the time I got to my car. A real difference in customer service/experience). Add to all this, the no pressure sales approach. The manager Greg made several accommodations in the price of their car as well as the trade-in value of my car. He even added a piece of equipment I wanted. Bottom line, he went above and beyond to find an offer that enabled me to purchase the exact car I wanted for a price I could afford. I truly felt like family. The entire staff were fabulous.
