THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought a WV Rabbit from Metro. Richard was good in getting the deal. Overall had a good experience and , so far happy with the purchase.

6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I am 6'2" and find this car to be very comfortable. It is very good around town but it is wonderful on the highway. I would not hesitate to buy another Sorento.

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

Sales person was ultra friendly and personable. We were able to relate to each other on many aspects. The purchasing process was pleasant with no pressure. The sale went smooth and dealer was accommodating. I was given a great deal of time and was shown many in-stock vehicles.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!

Magicly disappeared oil every month without staining the driveway or the car. It has the capacity to be zero on oil and not give any dashboard signs or smell that is burning it like a drunken sailor. A perfect design of ingenious kind to have a dead engine in less than 80,000 miles.

Love this car EXCEPT. The battery was already replaced after one year. Battery died during a span of 3 days not driving during Thanksgiving. Just sitting in garage. Happened several times after that Initial time after it sat for only a day or two. Dealership replaced battery. Didn’t find anything wrong. And here we are again another Thanksgiving break. Last drove on Tuesday. And here it is Saturday and battery dead. Something draws from the battery when the vehicle is off. Temperature during this was 60 degrees.

I totaled my chevy Equinox. I bought my 2019 Kia Sorento. It's great. Great on gas I have 3 rolls of seats. Now I can have 7 people in my SUV. I'm extremely happy 😊 with this vehicle. I also own a 2017 Kia Optima. My son has a 2017 Kia Forte. He loves his car. We are a Kia family now. Best choice I made.

Absolutely love our Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD 2020. We've owned it for 3 years and it has 46K on it. Regular oil changes and just did brakes, and that's it! With all the bells and whistles I got with my trim, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, auto lift trunk gate..i would have paid 5-8K more to get into a Toyota Hylander or Honda Pilot. With best in class warranty, I'll take my chances. Plus the suv drives so smooth, like a car, tons of pick up. Really shocked to see the latest reveiws aren't great on the sorento, but honestly I think it's their 4 cylinder engine that's the issue, their 6 cylinders have been excellent, stick with the better trims

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.
