My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I love my Lexus, Maplewood has very attentive sales people. I visited 4 times and every time they treated me very well, even though the first 3 times i wasn’t buying anything. 6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.
