2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!

Magicly disappeared oil every month without staining the driveway or the car. It has the capacity to be zero on oil and not give any dashboard signs or smell that is burning it like a drunken sailor. A perfect design of ingenious kind to have a dead engine in less than 80,000 miles.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

In 6 years I’ve had one problem. Fuel pump issue at 65k miles. Otherwise, the car is always reliable and and handles all situations well.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

The sales department representatives were very professional. I had to go back the next day and Roman the sales associate help make everything easy and fast.

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. I just bought a 2015 Sorento SX v6 after I was t-boned in my 2013 Sorento LX v6. I loved my 2013. It was my first black SUV which I’ve wanted since I was a kid. My children and I walked away from our accident relatively unharmed after all side airbags deployed and my car was clearly totaled. When shopping for a replacement, it wasn’t a question of what vehicle I wanted to buy after the accident. I trust the Sorento to keep my family safe and I’ll never buy another brand of SUV. It may not be flashy or overly powerful, but it is solid and one of the safest SUVs on the road. I’d recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone.

The day before coming into this location I went to another dealership. I was extremely disappointed because I felt as though the salesman wasn’t being truthful or sincere. When I came to Gettle Hyundai I met Ami and he was fantastic! He managed to get me into a 2022 car. I have never had a new vehicle. My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV
