2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

I contacted them on a Friday night about an F150 that I really liked. Not even 12 hours later, I was leaving the parking lot with it! I could not have asked for a better experience. The 5 hour drive was well worth it.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I've had this car for five years and only had to replace starter. However I now have engine issues it stalled on me driving on highway luckily I cruised down off ramp and had to use all muscle for power steering and brakes that went out to a parking lot on access road.

There are a few dents in the car that I did not see, but when my husband noticed them, they were super quick to let us know they would get them fixed for us. Owned a 2015 Sorrento since 2018. It's a great SUV, very comfortable and smooth quiet ride. Lots of power (v6). No issues only routine maintenance.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Oh my Goodness.. I just trade in my last Prius 2021 with 183000 miles for a 2023 Prius with 7500 miles. My Sales Consultante was John Vakili. He was a nice guy and I had all my questions responded. I high recommend.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

Carz city was amazing when it came to my car purchase!! I had a trade in and I feel like they gave me top dollar for it!!! I found the vehicle online and they were so easy to work with over the phone and even when I came in person to secure the deal! I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!
