New to the area, I've been there a few times for service on our 2021 Kia Soul. the majority of the people I've dealt with are welcoming and attentive to my needs. I'm not going anywhere else.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Sales experience not bad. We purchased the Car , one thing before leaving the Oil Change message was on but could not reset. They said Oil was changed but just needed reset, they couldn't reset it & just go down street to Jiffy Lube & they would reset. They couldn't reset it & said it was reading back door open but wasn't and it would need further attention. I got it home & took to local Ford Dealer. We also only had (1) Key to Car. This model needs to have car several hours to program chip into Computer. So they said also that Rear Door would also need a Switch, which would have to be ordered. And while it was in there they said the Water Pump was leaking. So at this point We are still waiting for the Parts to come in & Car is still in Garage.

I have owned this car since I bought a brand new withe hundred miles in 2008 I have had absolutely not one problem with I have made sure to maintain it every five thousand miles I went to The dealership and they did the maintenance I. Still own the car It absolutely still working beautifully And I only have 67000 miles on it.I am now Willing it to my daughter. It's still looks like a brand new car.

Took my truck in recently for service and to while away the time decided to check out used vehicles. I wasn’t really serious and had rather low expectations about the outcome. THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

I visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly for service on my 2023 Tucson. It was easy to get an appointment. I was received in the service area quickly and informed of the service I would receive. I was notified of the progress of my service and other recommendations via text. The Service Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Love this car EXCEPT. The battery was already replaced after one year. Battery died during a span of 3 days not driving during Thanksgiving. Just sitting in garage. Happened several times after that Initial time after it sat for only a day or two. Dealership replaced battery. Didn’t find anything wrong. And here we are again another Thanksgiving break. Last drove on Tuesday. And here it is Saturday and battery dead. Something draws from the battery when the vehicle is off. Temperature during this was 60 degrees.

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

Bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento and absolutely love it. Interior is stylish & spacious and the ride is as nice as my Cadillac. The gas mileage is very good 29 highway. Love my new Kia.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. I totaled my chevy Equinox. I bought my 2019 Kia Sorento. It's great. Great on gas I have 3 rolls of seats. Now I can have 7 people in my SUV. I'm extremely happy 😊 with this vehicle. I also own a 2017 Kia Optima. My son has a 2017 Kia Forte. He loves his car. We are a Kia family now. Best choice I made.

Buying my first car felt a little intimidating at first, but Kingstowne Motorcars made it surprisingly easy. I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!
