I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. I had been praying for a new car for my family and I either with a sunroof! On March 6 the Lord led Us to go to Kia on the Boulevard to start our in person search for the car of our dreams. Now PICTURE a Dreary Wednesday, raining hard as xxxx. Mr Andy came out in the rain to show us some Kia’s. He was so polite, kind and understanding. Even gave us an umbrella to not get soak while he had nothing but a hood on. He showed us a car that we liked , but due to having to get our children we could not stay to talk numbers. I even went to another car dealership who was horrible and very unprofessional. I guess I had to see the worst to come back to the best! Put 38,000 miles on in two yrs. No issues at all. Get 30 mpg in city, and 42 on the road on a 2.5 191 hp. Engine.

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

The salesman was chilled and the experience was very relaxed. We felt heard and our salesman was through with showing us how to use the multiple features.

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

Bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento and absolutely love it. Interior is stylish & spacious and the ride is as nice as my Cadillac. The gas mileage is very good 29 highway. Love my new Kia.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

Absolutely love our Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD 2020. We've owned it for 3 years and it has 46K on it. Regular oil changes and just did brakes, and that's it! With all the bells and whistles I got with my trim, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, auto lift trunk gate..i would have paid 5-8K more to get into a Toyota Hylander or Honda Pilot. With best in class warranty, I'll take my chances. Plus the suv drives so smooth, like a car, tons of pick up. Really shocked to see the latest reveiws aren't great on the sorento, but honestly I think it's their 4 cylinder engine that's the issue, their 6 cylinders have been excellent, stick with the better trims

The service department is very fast and efficient. They don’t keep you waiting longer than you need to.And they don’t try and make you do other stuff for your vehicle, other than what you came in for which we love. Alex the manager and his staff make you feel like family

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.
