The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

Van xxxx can be quiet and low key but don't be fooled--he's the dealership's secret weapon! I have never had a more laid-back, no hassle, trouble-free car buying experience. He didn't hesitate to say he'd get the model in my preferred color from another dealership and he delivered. Did I mention that he beat my credit union's true car price? Neither Van xxxx nor the finance guy who did the paperwork tried to up-sell me anything--that was a first! Nothing negative to say about this dealership! I purchased a 23 Sorento from Anthony Dean, who clearly wanted to sell me a car and gave me a wonderful deal. Aaron in finance seemed trustworthy and honest, and I didn't feel pressured to get unnecessary add-ons with the loan. A young man named Jacob was amazing - He was assigned to instruct me in the electronic features of the car (yes they have someone specifically designated for this!). Finally, I also was impressed by the sales manager, Gary. Unfortunately I immediately had problems with the brand new car... The check engine light came on twice with less than 35 total miles driven by me. BUT, big shout out to Gary and that dealership because they made good and replaced the car with the exact same one (I just had to wait about a week for it to arrive on the lot). Could not have expected anything more. I was extremely impressed by everybody there. They All seemed to be honest and genuinly nice people. By the way...Thankfully, no issues with the replacement Sorento they gave me - seems to be a great vehicle! Keep up the good work Ourisman Chantilly!

Ion know wat the bad reviews are abt. I just purchased a 2020 malibu RS from them. The experience was pleasant some laughs and good customer service! Car was up to par and didn't see or hear anything out of tune to normal driving conditions. The selling point tho was the warranty! Low miles on car please that great warranty! Read the reviews but go in for yourself! Stop thinking others bad juju is your problem too. Just be smart when buying. I had a good one I recommend them to everyone. My salesman name was David
