Like the cabin air filter, transmission fluid changed, radiator flush and don’t forget the power steering fluid change! Honest guy and easy to talk to without the sales pitch. How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have been doing business with Sport City Toyota for over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have been doing business with new car dealerships since July 5, 1966 and my experience has been extensive. I have purchased new vehicles and had them serviced at dealerships across the state of Texas, as far west as Colorado, and east to Georgia and North Carolina. I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Huffines Kia and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any transportation needs.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review.
