Service and a salesman helped today figure out the subscription for the GPS system. I don’t like the idea of having to pay for the gps after 1 year of ownership on Toyota but I guess either you pay for the connect drive gps or use your cell phone car play (which is what I decided to do). I purchased my first Jeep, a modified 2-door Wrangler Sport, From Adam's 2 weeks ago. Scott Cheuvront and Thomas Stiles were both very Helpful. I was allowed to take the vehicle on an extended test ride to show my wife before purchasing which was unexpected and very helpful as it allowed me to judge its highway driving characteristics. I was smiling as I left and can't help but smile every time I drive it; especially after getting in the mud for the first time.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Fast friendly, got the deal I wanted. Followed up the next day with a car wash and I was on my way. I plan on using the maintenance department for oil changes in the future.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

This experience was excellent. I can't speak highly enough about Southern Norfolk, Justin Cannady and Katie Rose. They were topnotch in understanding and making sure that I got the best car for me. They made me feel like family which alleviated all of my anxiety and tension when buying a car. Love this car! Great overall value! Handles Great. Fantastic gas mileage. I seen the complaint about the headlights and mine are great I am wondering if the other persons are malfunctioning or something.

The salesman Josh was most helpful and showed us everything they had. I thought their prices were reasonable and they had some very low mileage 2019s. We later decided we needed to change what we were looking for from extended cabs to crew cabs so we did not end up buying from Whitten but were impressed with their salesman who was laid back, very informative and not high pressure.
