Used Kia Soul Base for sale near Berkeley Lake, GA

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

This dealership was professional, friendly and assisted me in getting the best vehicle for me. The vehicle I bought was above my expectations and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. John was very helpful and Adrian was the greatest he worked with me every step of the way and he made sure I drove off the lot with the car i wanted. Even more so when I didn't even think or believe they can get me financed and not to mention they put a bow on the car I felt very special and the customer service made me feel very confident I am so grateful for you guys thank you so much CarMax!!!!!!!!!

I love this car. I purchase 2019 kia soul last month and have been happy with my decision. there is a lot of cargo space and I like the window tint. It drives smoothly and the back up camera is great. Kia is a relaible car company and i have not had any diriving issues. I purchase used with 90k miles. i use full synthetic oil.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I must say today I purchased my daughter a car from cortex auto sales and was very pleased they was super helpful and with me and my husband driving from almost 3 hours to purchase from them made us feel so comfortable and I will shop with them again as well as I been spreading the word to all my family. It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

The salesman (Jerrel) was great to work with because he helped me while he was there Orr if he was off that day. He got me a car from another store then found out there were problems and found me a car around the same price range that was newer and less miles. Thanks for everything!

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

Adorable! I was so excited when I got my Kia Soul, it’s my second Kia product I had purchased which fits my budget. I noticed my soul had recalls, happy that there bein taking care off.. I love Driving it in the snow, lil Tank.

I went into the dealership with very high hopes but very low expectations because I have some severe credit issues. Joseph Franklin greeted me at the door. He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

Bigger than it looks. Very comfortable. Very durable. I have had zero problems. I am diligent about oil changes and tire rotations and it performs wonderfully. If I ever buy another new car, I am getting a KIA for sure and most likely the Soul. It is so fun to drive.

I got my 2019 Brilliant silver base unit with 22k miles on it. I paid the $22K. I MAY have messed up and gotten the new one at the local dealer. Possibly. I did get the $240 Kia side-to-side roof rails from N.Y. and have added the $ 80 Walmart front-to-back roof rails to the Kia rails. All key locks are locked on. Don't use the roof rack much and flatten down the back seat and fit 8 ft. long wooden 2X4 and 4X6s to the passenger foot space. For $85 I got the tailgate tint removed and the window is tinted less. Now I can see better through that back window. I like it.

When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.

Was provided good service with them. I went to check out a Nissan Sentra for my daughter but came out with 2020 Kia Soul which was better/ comfortable car. Smooth finance team and process. My only advice is if you buy a Kia make sure you know if your current insurance will cover the car and look at the cost. That was my mistake (it was on a Sunday) because I was told things were good with insurance company's covering Kia. I was going to return the Kia and get something else because they don't have a return policy. But, my daughter loves the car but will trade it in about 5 months and get something else from Atlanta Used Cars.

Right now I'm experiencing front end problems when I mash my brakes I'm getting loud crackling sounds and I'm trying to get it fixed I don't know if it's the brakes or the front end or something else I don't know
