The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Kelsey was at lunch when I've arrived but was smiles and asked about my service(s) my car was due for. Just an Oil change was needed, she did an overall maintenance check up on the computer since my last visit. Told me about the conditions of Wiper blades & tires, since we are going into early fall season. I appreciated that. Teresa had the day off, Kelsey stepped up and filled some big shoes, Thank you Kelsey for listening to me and telling me what's due in the coming maintenance mile marker chart. Adorable! I was so excited when I got my Kia Soul, it’s my second Kia product I had purchased which fits my budget. I noticed my soul had recalls, happy that there bein taking care off.. I love Driving it in the snow, lil Tank.

I've been going to Serra in Washington Twp for years and can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. They've always been able to get me in on short notice and fix the problem immediately. I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

I went there one time to look at the Civic model and Tom showed me the car and trims. I was treated very well and decided to go for the car and Tom helped me with the process from the beginning. I'm very happy with the car and with the customer service from Honda Troy.

When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!
