This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I have gone yo youngblood Kia for four years now and they treat me like family every time I come in for maintenance on my Kia. Ryan is my Service Advisor and he always makes sure I am well taken care of while I wait for my car. Everyone is so nice, from the front desk to the people in the garage. Tater that sold me my Kia, yup that is what they call him, still comes and sees me every time I have an appointment. He is a awesome salesman. Youngblood is a five star place people. They don't try to sell you work on your vehicle that doesn't need done.

I bought a pre-owned Kia recently. I absolutely love it!! It came time for my first service. I was a little unsure if they would truly service it well you know like I would. To my surprise they did ,they communicated with me on everything , explained things where I could understand them. It was done in a timely fashion. And it was freshly washed when they escorted me to my Kia. I was so impressed I told my husband we would return for all future services. Thank you

Dealership did not get back with me for three days because it was the weekend and by then someone else had purchased the vehicle I was looking at. I had sent him a message asking him some questions about the vehicle before I made a decision to go to the dealership which is two hours away but they did not get back with me in time. I hope the new owners are happy with it.
