I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Adorable! I was so excited when I got my Kia Soul, it’s my second Kia product I had purchased which fits my budget. I noticed my soul had recalls, happy that there bein taking care off.. I love Driving it in the snow, lil Tank.

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.

It was good and prompt. Although it would have been better if there was an adjustment on the tire repair since I spent over $700 a few days ago on 30K mile service plan .

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

Right now I'm experiencing front end problems when I mash my brakes I'm getting loud crackling sounds and I'm trying to get it fixed I don't know if it's the brakes or the front end or something else I don't know

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.
