Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. This was my second Nissan. My first was a new Maxima, which I absolutely enjoyed for 15 years during which I racked up nearly 283k miles. Therefore, it was truly time to replace it. I would?ve replaced it with another new Maxima except that that line was discontinued a couple of years ago. And recently, I drove a friend?s Rogue during a weeklong road trip and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Steve Dailey was the young and affable salesman who also happened to be a talented violinist and experienced software developer! I had filled out an online request for more information re the dealer?s 2025 Rogue Platinum and Steve responded within the day. The tone of his communications was friendly and professional, and he worked with my uncertain and busy schedule. During the test drive, I was having problems learning to use the new type of turn signals (our friends? Rogue was from 2023). I could not figure out how to turn off the signal after each successful lane change. We stopped in a parking lot and Steve helped me to figure out how to use them, which prevented me from aborting my consideration of the Rogue. We also had concerns about whether the front passenger seat would truly be comfortable for elderly passengers in long distance drives. Steve referred us to products that can enhance a passenger?s comfort, and we are happy with the products that are available online. Steve also reset the liftgate to a lower height that was more appropriate for all users in my family, and this turned out to be fortuitously prescient because the default height would have caused my liftgate to crash into my opened garage door. We really appreciated this fortuitous turn of events. Because of concerns about identity theft, I have frozen my Credit Bureau accounts. Steve coordinated with me carefully so that I only needed to unfreeze my account for just the right amount of time for him to coordinate a credit check. We completed all this over text, which is my preferred mode of communication. Throughout the buying process, Steve was attentive, responsive and patient. There were no high-pressure sales tactics from him. He was respectful of our boundaries. He truly made the buying process easy and dispelled all the negative stereotypical images of car sales professionals. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who wants to be served by a salesman who listens, is proactive and creative, and truly is a fine young man!

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Let's be real, we're in the age of technology. Customers dont want to call or stop in for more information on a car. We want to email, we want to text, we want answers quickly, we want fair prices. We don't want to waste our time. This dealership gets that! Finally, a dealership that is responsive. There was no pressure to call or stop in, in fact all our communication was via email before walking in the door to buy. Chris responded quickly, answered all my questions and gave me my out the door price quote. We set an appointment time that worked for me. Stopped in. Test drove the car; my mechanic came with me to inspect it. Everything matched the carfax and the description so we bought. If you're looking for a no hassle, no haggle, no pressure, fair dealership to do business with that won't waste your time, I highly suggest working with them. It really was easy as 1,2,3. Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

The car is very reliable, bigger in the inside than you would expect, rides smooth, but the best part is its perfect for shorter people.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.
