Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Quick response; salesperson accommodated my schedule. Test drive was average length. I knew more about the car than the sales person did but it was an exotic car so that is understandable

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I came to Acura of Peoria looking for a specific used vehicle from their website. We were greeted by Victoria, a new salesperson of the dealership. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

In 4 years only one problem, horn failed 3 times. Last time I had it mounted differently and never failed again. This was covered by warranty

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.

It all centers around Trudy, my salesperson . She was persistent and didn?t give up on the sale. I didn?t think we were going to buy from Yates even though the Yukon XL was our favorite of the Suburban and Expedition Max. Trudy really kept coming at us trying to make it work . Finally for me , it was Saturday when she sent me videos and said ? This is the one you drove. I know you and your wife liked it . It is here for you . Let?s make a deal!? Even later in the day on Saturday , I had already test driven another Expedition and Suburban with a diesel . I was not planing on stopping back at Yates but I was driving by on I10 and thought of Trudy?s videos she sent me. .I said , why not , she tried , let?s see. Even after I made a decision on the Chevy Suburban , ( only because it had a diesel ) but the Yukon XL was my favorite and Trudy was the most personable and persistent . Honestly , I was not the happiest with the numbers, everyone else gave me a little more for my trade BUT I liked your Yukon XL the most and we bought it . Also , it has to do with the Trudy being persistent . Even at the dealership getting ready to buy , I was having second thoughts and Trudy sat with me , and we talked while I waited . I almost walked out before the paperwork was ready . . But i really loved the Yukon XL. It had so many features I liked compared to the Suburban and Expedition. So Trudy?s customer service and I really liked the Yukon XL were my reason for sticking to it . Thank you Trudy . In addition , thank you Ramon , the fiance guy, he was patient in signing the paperwork . We were waiting for my wife who was on duty with the Fire Department. Another thing Trudy did right !!
