New and used 2026 Kia Sportage EX for sale near Moreland Hills, OH

I came in to have my tire fixed/replaced. I was hesitant about going to the dealership because of some previous not-so-good experiences. The service manager introduced himself and asked how he could help. I informed him about my tire and confessed to not feeling comfortable being at the dealership because of past experiences. He assured me the dealership was under new management and he is the person to seek out if I have any service issues whatsoever. He told me about his goals under the new leadership. He did not sound like a sales person at all, but instead, like a leader wanting to fix what was broken. He asked if I would reconsider having my car serviced here. He promised to try to resolve any forthcoming issues I may experience. I decided "sure, what's there to lose?". After my tire was fixed (1.5 hours later without an appointment), I made an appointment for an oil change later this month. Hopefully I will receive the same courteous and professional behaviour! Stay tuned!!!

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Casey was amazing in helping me get into another lease on the K4. She spent a great deal of time with me making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. She should be made Manager! John C.

Great car for long distance and local transportation. It's equipped with the best infotainment system. The Kia connect app help you manage your car. It's running smoothly. This is so far the best car of the year.

Had a fuel leak on an injector seal. They replaced all injectors and Associated parts. Unfortunately had to have a loaner for a week till Parts came in

Great for local and long distance driving. Smooth handling not overly complicated infotainment system. Great gas mileage and pick up. Very comfortable interior just under my 2020 Honda CRV in looks and feel

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

It was a very pleasant experience even with all the construction going on. Mick did a wonderful job of making me comfortable and that made it pleasant also.

Service team is great and they never try to up-sell just because. Everything is presented clearly. This past issue needed a part and Chris knew I was travelling and didn’t want me to drive with the light on even though the issue was a sensor and OK to drive. He was able to squeeze me in a few days later. It’s why I keep driving over from the East Side.

Only issue was that the key drop-off box was not available on Sunday 9/21/25 probably due to construction. Luckily a detainer was prepping a vehicle and I was able, with his help, to drop them off at your temporary service desk.

Great team. Fast work and friendly crew. Jess was awesome in making sure my car was done quickly, efficiently, and it was clean when they were done. There's a Kia dealership close to my house, but I'll drive out of my way to come here knowing I'll be taken care of

Best Kia Dealership hands down. Chris was great to work with, very personable, quick and efficient. He made sure I selected the right maintenance package and got everything going. New service center is very nice, best I have ever waited in. Plenty of spaces and connections so I could get m work done while waiting. Chris came and got me when all was completed and made sure to explain and answer any questions I had regarding service. Chris and Halleen Kia truly show they care about the customers.
