Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

I have been taking my Telluride to the lifetime service contracted with them at the time of purchase for 4 years and I am satisfied with such excellent service, which only takes me almost an hour of very pleasant waiting in their room with all the refreshments available for the customer. Tony made my car buying experience wonderful. He found exactly what I wanted and was true to his word. The overall purchase was quick and easy. The finance department, Mark, made the paperwork easy to understand and was pleasant to work with. The one thing that could have been better was the awful loud music. I visited this dealer to view a Kia K4 in person. I wanted to make sure I liked it before making the trip to the dealership that had the model in the color I wanted. Ayhan Subasi was my sales representative, and he was able to find me a K4 similar to the one at the further dealer and secured an acceptable price for me.
