My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Saved some coin!! Got my truck. Tyson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Only thing negative , I got the truck with 80 miles on it ,someone named Austin had his I Phone & music loaded in the radio & left candy and some trash under the seat.

This is a very good car dont listen to all these other comments they just dont know how to drive this is a great car brand i recomend for any age group

I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Outstanding customer focus.

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

sometimes I have problems with the ignition of the engine I enter the key and it does not start i reported the problems to the dealer

Everything was good except I felt there was a lack of communication and updates on the vehicle and lack of a accurate time frame of when it would be done

My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

Just bought a car today with the help of Jesse Willig. He was super flexible with meeting with us around our work schedules and was straight forward with us about the whole transaction.

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

It was fast and friendly. They didn't do any other work unless they talk to me frist. I will return there to get my other work done once I have them money.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. I started with a 2010 KIA Forte and absolutely loved it. I now have a 2020 KIA Sportage and love this as well. The quality and performance of the KIA far outweighs any cars I previously owned; especially the warranty. I love the all wheel drive. The fact it seats 5 comfortably is perfect for me, and the back seat folds down for extra storage. The sportage is a very smart looking vehicle as well as functional. It is very easy to drive and just the right size. You can't go wrong with a KIA.

I love my Kia Sportage. Now my oil light is coming on, have been through a couple of recalls one being it catching on fire. Now I'm just wondering what's happening with this oil light coming on. I have to take it to Kia to see what's going on. I have 144,000 miles on it now. Hopefully this is a easy fix. My husband thinks it's the oil sensor.
