after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Ty V. was great! We came in to look at some small to midsize SUVs, and ty helped us out from the moment we pulled into the lot. He wasn’t overly pushy, he gave us his honest opinion and recommendation which was greatly appreciated! Awesome job!

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

Went in for service. They explained all the recall and annual services to be performed. They texted status and eventually completion. They even washed it.

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

We recently purchased a vehicle for our granddaughter. It's her first and she absolutely loves her 2004 Ford Explorer Sport. This is our 12th vehicle purchase at Biddle and it was a great and fun experience as usual. The Biddle family has always treated my family fairly with respect and professionalism. Our salesman was Dan Harris this time and he's great to work with. The service department treats us the same way and they back up their work too. Most of our vehicle purchases were new but some were used. In either case you can't go wrong buying at Biddle. It's always fun chit chatting with the owner John Biddle as well. I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. I recently had an issue with my car and needed to turn it in early and get a new one. I love my 2018 Kia Sportage. I love it have a lane detector spot as well as traffic detector for safety other than that is a very nice car.

This is a very good car dont listen to all these other comments they just dont know how to drive this is a great car brand i recomend for any age group

Purchased a used Chevy suburban 2500 1 owner drives like new picked it up in Seattle drove home to Tennessee no issues sales reps were very helpful and informative when it came to any questions or concerns I had since purchasing out of state went above and beyond to send lots of pictures and videos of the truck before purchasing would definitely recommend. I own 4 Kias now. I traded two Kias (189K and 150K) in for newer models. Say what you want, these are great cars (except the Seltos, its just dumb). You get way more for the money than in other vehicles. Some have issues, but all were resolved quickly with Kia. (Even their stupid choice to have no theft protection on some older models) Don't listen to the internet "experts", these are nice cars, well worth the price and nice to drive.

Recently we had Kia service our 2014 Kia, the representative who help us his name is Brett, the service was excellent. This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. I purchased my Kia Sportage at Kia Greenway North on 17-92 in Longwood, Fl. I had the best experience dealing with the entire staff and especially our sales rep who has since my purchase had been promoted! I would highly recommend this dealership!

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product

29mpg city driving...lane keeping and following is great, nice having a spare tire, touch screen is great. camera system is great...traded a 2015 300h Lexus, this car is as good.
