I had a wonderful experience with “Kia Cam”. I appreciated that he took time to give me what I wanted. I understand sales. There was no pressure from this young man. I had many dealers contacting me in my quest for a Sorento but I felt I only wanted to give my business to Cameron or “KiaCam”. (As I like to call him). He was perfect. My purchase was intentional but impromptu because I was tired of my Benz. I do not regret the change. I’m super satisfied with my truck and my experience with Mr. Cameron.

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

In 2019, I rode my bicycle to a dealer with A '09 Sportage LX, 5-speed stick for sale. I hadn't owned a vehicle in the ten years prior. I'm a decent shade-tree mechanic, and all I hoped for, was to be driving it when it was paid for. At this writing, it is mine, and riding on a new set of Goodyears. The repairs needed were typical, and I will enjoy it until it falls apart.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I was there only three months ago for an oil change and I raved about the service. When I came in this time Dan was there again and greeted me with a huge welcoming hello! The team made me feel at home. Offered me coffee and even asked if I needed a ride. I waited for the car to be done. Dan kept me informed along the way. When the car was ready everything was explained to me clearly and that I should return in the next few months for the next mileage service. Car was clean and I was on my way. Thanks again Dan and the rest of the service department. You were absolutely amazing yet again!

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

Ben in the service department at Mt. Holly is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He has taken care of my car for a few weeks and is always in close contact. Hopefully he is able to train new employees on customer service because his is stellar!

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

No cars but Nancy found me what we were looking for. She made buying a vehicle rather simple and quick once the vehicle arrived. Thank you for helping with a vehicle even when I was frustrated at the other dealers.

The EX is loaded with great useful options that are found in mote expensive cars. All wheel drive give it stability in all weather conditions. My average fuel economy is 27 MPG around town.

I've never had any issues. Like with anything, when you find a good place to go, you stick with it. Their service department may be for cars but they service the customer as well.

We have 11,000 miles on our 2022 Sportage and love absolutely everything about the vehicle. Everything from styling comfort, ride, is all excellent. Great value for the price.

Very comfortable car. Handles well and is quick to respond to steering commands. The SX model has just the right amount of tech to provide for safety and entertainment convenience. I do not notice road/traffic noise while driving.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

It’s my second oil change at this place. Only this time I have tire rotation at the same time. I have a busy work days. I don’t know when I’ll be available. I come in on my day off. I said “I don’t have appointment. I need oil change and tire rotation”. I went to the lobby, less than 1 hour it was done. I also had screws in the tire but haven’t got the time. They fix those for me as well at no charge.

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

I had been praying for a new car for my family and I either with a sunroof! On March 6 the Lord led Us to go to Kia on the Boulevard to start our in person search for the car of our dreams. Now PICTURE a Dreary Wednesday, raining hard as xxxx. Mr Andy came out in the rain to show us some Kia’s. He was so polite, kind and understanding. Even gave us an umbrella to not get soak while he had nothing but a hood on. He showed us a car that we liked , but due to having to get our children we could not stay to talk numbers. He was very understanding and even offered to come in the next day which was his on his day off to help us with a car. We made an appointment, but was not able to keep it! Agin he was understanding. I even went to another car dealership who was horrible and very unprofessional. I guess I had to see the worst to come back to the best! I called Mr Andy and explain what happened and he was no worries I got you , no one will treat you like I do! lol! Me and my husband came in today and walked out with a brand new Kia sportage with everything I asked for! Won’t Jesus do and Andy too! Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL
