First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I'm at 274,000 miles...The car engine and transmission are still fine (4cyl). Next week replacing the lower control arms and end links...maybe ball joints too. The only negative is the timing belt services...Costs about $1200...but with the price of new... it's still worth it. Maybe I can get to 400,000 miles?

This vehicle handles so great; very easy and comfortable! There is plenty of leg room and passenger room. The dash is easy to navigate and a really fun vehicle to drive. I LOVE it! And, so does my co-pilot, 26 year old son with Down Syndrome -- it met his approval too!

This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

2014 Sportage SX is an outstanding vehicle, has almost every a fully-loaded Audi does. I've had no issues over 68k miles, car is tight, has no squieks or rattles anywhere. The local Kia dealership has excellent people and great service.

Just got a Bmw 528i 2016 from this dealership, the car was purchased exactly from a month ago, its been running good and no significant problems. I would like to thanks Alex for helping me out, when i went to buy i month ago the car had a check engine light, i asked Alex about it and he agreed to get it fixed for me which took 1 week, honestly i was a little disappointed at first but i trusted it them and they got it ready for me, and they were also good with the prices and no scams as i understood it was just a dealership fee. So, overall i would suggest this dealership as they didn't disappointment me much and thanks to Alex for helping me out.

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Purchased CPO - Certified Pre Owned - from a dealer. Needed a vehicle to tow an aluminum boat. Traded in a Soul. EX trim level provided all of the bells and whistles we wanted. And, included AWD that I wanted for launching and retrieving the boat. Drove it from Florida to the Grand Canyon and back. Really appreciated the heated and ventilated leather seats! The only downside is relatively poor gas mileage. Got 30-31 on the highway at 70 mph - which was not better than our Chrysler Town & Country with a larger engine moving more weight. (But it did best the T&C around town.) Sold it after we were both retired, stopped boating, and only need one vehicle. In my opinion, Sportages are undervalued. If you need a vehicle like Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4, etc, suggest you consider a Sportage. Not as good resale value and fewer mpg, but you can save money on the purchase price.

I love everything about my KIA, it's roomy, gets good gas mileage, it runs great and looks sharp. My last vehicle I only got 11.3 miles to the gallon. So far this week I have not needed to stop at the gas station once. I'm Loving it!

I started with a 2010 KIA Forte and absolutely loved it. I now have a 2020 KIA Sportage and love this as well. The quality and performance of the KIA far outweighs any cars I previously owned; especially the warranty. I love the all wheel drive. The fact it seats 5 comfortably is perfect for me, and the back seat folds down for extra storage. The sportage is a very smart looking vehicle as well as functional. It is very easy to drive and just the right size. You can't go wrong with a KIA.

It's the same as any other car. I think they all look the same, no individuality at all. Wasn't going to buy any car but my husband wanted it. I want my old escape back. The hatch curves in on the back so much narrower than I wanted. Which was the reason I didn't get a new escape. There were so many things I can't fit in the car that we went and got 2 trailers. A hitch mounted one and a regular trailer. If you camp leave this delicate SUV on the paved road. I haven't gotten stuck yet but the clearance underneath the car is inadequate. The interior is smaller than it seems, too. With my 2 dogs plus my daughter's 3 1 of them sometimes 2 migrate to the front seat. They are average 30lb dogs. I could put all 5 and at least 2 people plus me in the very old escape. Gas mileage is better than before but not astonishingly so. As you can tell I was underwhelmed with this car. My relationship did start badly, I will admit, with this car. Like a bait and switch. Haven't been near that dealership. Supposed to have been 500 plus escape. Salesman calls and said they didn't need the escape as part of the down. Got there and he wanted 1000 not the 500. I should have just left. Cause it still make my blood boil. So that start might be coloring my view. But each point I stated is true at least for my use. The car doesn't get driven everyday. Most I go round trip is maybe 60 miles once or twice a month. It's 30 miles roundtrip usually or 5 to 10 miles in town.
